'Arbor' is the main database that we use to record pupils' information, and also allows parents to make secure online payments by credit and debit card.  As a parent/carer you are able to use Arbor to credit your child’s cashless catering account if they have school meals. You can also pay online for school activities, trips and any specialist clubs that have a charge.

Parents can also download the free Arbor Parent Portal app for smartphones, which lets you update the information we hold for them and their child.

To have access to the Arbor Parent Portal, the school needs to have a record of your mobile phone number AND email address, which is then linked to your child’s records in school. If you have any queries about Arbor or you please contact the school office by emailing office@brookside.leics.sch.uk.
